Safety Way
- All fire exits and doors are defined
- Each new laborer/ visitor will have safety
- Induction before entering the site
- Each labor will wear PPE and enter site
- Each tool/ machine will be reviewed every week & Safety Tags placed
- Microphone & Speaker for Safety and any other program with Workers
- Necessary frisking at entry level for PPE & Safety tag of Tool/ Machines
- Mock fire drill done by professional agency appointed by Lammfa twice in project duration
- Conducting Tool Box Talks
- For any kind of Scaffolding, Aluminum/ CI H-Type ladders with or without wheel used for High-level work. Safety officer to check the stability/ load bearing capacity every week & put the APPROVED Color tag to each ladder. Refused ladder to be removed from site
- Promote a positive safety attitude to subcontractors
- Report any incident, accident or near miss immediately as per the company procedure
- Weekly Generation of safety reports
