EXPERIENCE: 10 TO 12 Plus Years – 
Qualification: BE – Electrical / Diploma – ElectricalJob Description for SPM• Must have Experience in working of Fit-out / Office Interior specially for MNC & Data Center Projects.
• Knowledge in handling HT & LT Line Projects of 11 KV/22KV/33KV
• Should have Experience in handling processes of PMC’s Like JLL, CBRE etc..
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them on the floor
• Must Have Experience in Software’s like AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word for:
o Preparation of Shop Drawings.
o Preparation of Project Schedule in MSP
o Ensuring use of latest approved shop drawings at project sites.
o Preparation of Cable/Material schedule.
o Prepare schedule of material and manpower with management.
o Preparation of Asbuilt Drawings.
o Preparation of monthly RA bills with all backup documents.
o Preparation of measurement Sheet and Certification with Client.
o Should have knowledge of all Required on site testing & operating the testing equipment – like doing meggering , loop impedance testing , earth testing etc.
o Should have knowledge of LV systems like firefighting , fire alarm , CCTV , Access control , Networking , Rodent repellent , fire suppressions , PA , etc.
o Fluency in English for making email communications with clients & internal team, by maintaining email protocols .

Job Description
Having detailed Knowledge of handling , executing and handing over of Electrical project of commercial natures.
Quality assurance and on-time delivery of project within specified timelines by clients.
Preparing extra ( non-tender ) items and amendment BOQ’s.
Certification of measurement and bills.
Attending development and progress meetings .
Preparing Shop, AS built drawings as per project executed.
Co-ordinate HO and Clients.
Carrying out testings on panels and Electrical switchgears and preparing the reports of the same
Installation and termination of (L.T) Low Tension / High tension (H, T) and distribution transformer.
Evaluate Project as per Client SLD, BOQ, Make list and Technical specification provided.
Executing plans as per Client requirement for various project like government, residential /commercial and construction sectors.
Finalizing Project in accordance to the client requirement.
LT Panels such as Main LT Panels, Fire Fighting, , PLC Panels, ATS Panels, ACB Panels, Enclosure Boxes, Feeder Pillar, Distribution Boards, etc.
Slab Mivan work of entire residential project based on layout. Handling manpower in order to executes the plans

EXPERIENCE: 2 TO 5 Years – 
Qualification: Diploma in Fire & Safety is Must after 12th Standard

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Plan and implement OHS policies and programs at site
• Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment
• Assessment and approval of subcontractor safety plans
• Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
• Promoting safe practices on site
• Review existing policies and procedures
• Adhere to all the rules and regulations
• Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations
• Conducting investigations on accidents
• Responding to workers’ safety concerns
• Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions
• Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
• Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
• Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees’ safety
• Complete Responsibility of Work Completion end to end.
