It was time for the office and site staff to meet and spend time together who otherwise communicate over mobile and through email. It was perfect time for unwinding and create bonding between the site teams with the coordinators and admin team.
The venue was Mountain View, near Karjat with lush green surroundings and a cozy interiors. Fun and frolic, which is part of any outing and that was there. Also added was a Green Initiative. The tree plantation activity was planned as part of the outing.
Director briefed the august gathering about the main objective of this Green Initiative by tree plantation program, the ecological importance, and reduction of carbon footprints in the environment. The team planted various saplings [Banyan , Peepal , Burflower, Cluster Fig] . The Litura staffers were very enthusiastic and actively participated in digging, plantation and watering.
The lateral amusement was the game session from sack races to tug-of-war and many more activities. The outing undoubtedly paved way for fostering long lasting working bonds, from sharing responsibilities to forming synergies to achieve the team goals.
